RETURN POLICY

Guaranteed Satisfaction
If any product is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately and we will replace the item or offer a discount.

Returns
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without our authorization. Original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

All sales from the "Damaged Products' section are final. 

Refunds
Refunds will be immediately processed once the return is received. The refund will be applied to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All packages ship out from Atlas Preservation in Southington, Connecticut. (there are a few exceptions).

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Before paying at checkout you will be given all of the shipping options. The delivery times are estimates.

All orders ship out on the same day or next business day. We currently do not ship out Saturday & Sunday.

Expedited shipping: We offer Overnight and 2-day shipping via FedEx. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Overnight shipping orders need to be placed by 3pm Mon-Thur to guarantee next day delivery. 2-Day shipping orders need to be placed by 2pm Mon-Wed to guarantee two-day delivery.

If a product is not in stock we will notify you immediately to discuss the three options:
1. Exchange for a different similar product
2. Wait for product restock (will give ETA)
3. Full Refund
