Alabaster Primer - Pretreatment

A silicate solution for strengthening mineral substrates with loose particles before painting with Alabaster Silicate paints.

Primer is used as reinforcement of porous and loose substrates of plaster, concrete, brick, serponite and fiber cement (eternite, minerite). Both outdoors and indoors. Freshly plastered surfaces and surfaces with lime residue must always be treated with Alabaster Primer before painting with silicate paint. Primer can also be used to thin Alabaster Silicate paint

Primer is suitable for treating facades that are to be kept unpainted, entails a chemical and mechanical strengthening of the facade and makes it water-repellent.

Primer binds dust in concrete floors and makes them easier to clean.
