Cancelations & Returns

Guaranteed Satisfaction: If any product is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately and we will replace the item or offer a discount.

Order Cancelation Fee: We reserve the right to apply a 5% fee on all canceled orders.

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to apply a 10% restock fee on all returns.

Hazmat & Adhesives: We do not accept returns on adhesives and hazmat products.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without our authorization. Original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us before returning.
All sales from the "Damaged Products' section are final.

Refunds will be immediately processed once the return is received. The refund will be applied to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Shipping

All packages ship out from Atlas Preservation in Southington, Connecticut (few exceptions).

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Before paying at checkout you will be given all of the shipping options. The delivery times are estimates. All orders ship out on the same day or next two business days. We currently ship out 6x days/week Monday - Saturday.

Expedited shipping: We offer Overnight and 2-day shipping options. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Overnight & 2-Day shipping orders need to be placed by 2pm EST. to guarantee the order ships out the same day.

International Shipping: We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and other fee's involved with international shipments.
For shipments outside of North America please contact us with your full shipping address and we will send over a quote.
