Returns
Guaranteed Satisfaction: If any product is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately and we will replace the item or offer a discount.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without our authorization. Original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

All sales from the "Damaged Products' section are final.
Refunds will be immediately processed once the return is received. The refund will be applied to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Shipping
All packages ship out from Atlas Preservation in Southington, Connecticut (few exceptions).
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Before paying at checkout you will be given all of the shipping options. The delivery times are estimates.
All orders ship out on the same day or next two business days. We currently do not ship out Saturday & Sunday.
Expedited shipping: We offer Overnight and 2-day shipping via FedEx Express. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Overnight & 2-Day shipping orders need to be placed by 1pm EST. to guarantee the order ships out the same day.
Shipping outside of the US: We currently use USPS for shipments going to Canada. If you are looking to have a bulky order shipped to Canada, we can send a custom quote but please note that there may be extra duty fees via UPS once your package arrives in Canada that we are not responsible for. If you are shipping to another location, please contact us with your full shipping address and we will send over a quote.
If a product is not in stock we will notify you immediately to discuss the three options:
1. Exchange for a different similar product
2. Wait for product restock (will give ETA)
3. Full Refund
