Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • What if my sprayer is missing a nozzle or I need replacement parts?

Replacement parts can easily be found for all of the contractor, performance, and ion battery powered pump sprayers directly on The Fountainhead Group website!

The instruction manual included with the sprayer will have all part numbers for nozzles, battery packs, etc.

  • HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST BEFORE RECHARGING? HOW IS IT RECHARGED? DOES THE TANK COME WITH A REGULAR TOP/MECHANISM SO ONE CAN USE IT EITHER BY BATTERY OR WITHOUT?

The sprayer is advertised to spray up to 12 full tanks per charge. The battery comes with an AC charger that will plug into any ordinary outlet. This sprayer only comes with the battery powered sprayer. You can, however, add the Pump Zero 7.2V Power Head & Charger to any of the Smith Professional or Smith Contractor Sprayers.

Buy it now!

Should have bought it sooner! One of those things you don’t think you need until you get it!

Best Sprayer I've ever used!

I am absolutely smitten with this thing! I cant wait to get back to the cemetery after work. I put it in the back of the truck and at work I was showing it off to maintenance. We could send a stream of water to the roof of the building! I will NOT miss pumping... and pumping... and pumping.

Handy little sprayer with ZIP!

Got this sprayer for my wife as my VEVO sprayer is a 4-gallon beast that she can't move easily. This holds 2 gallons of water, and she can maneuver it easily. The battery lasts for an ENTIRE day of cleaning and charges quickly. The water pressure is excellent boasting 90 PSI at the max setting...with a tight spray nozzle, 90 PSI is pretty powerful! I like that this is a compact unit that is easy to store and transport, it won't take up much real estate in your garage, basement, or (most importantly) your car. Getting it into the cemetery is a snap! My wife LOVES this sprayer, we had played the buy-a-sprayer-at -Walmart game, then Home Depot, online, and finally we got this sprayer at Atlas Preservation. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

If You're Serious, Then Get Serioous.

I'm here today to buy a second powered sprayer actually for my growing team of volunteers (with my gift certificate for entering my restoration in the Atlas Preservation contest).

I'm using to this to clean gravestones and monuments, which is already a lot of arm and shoulder work without having to hand pump the sprayer to rinse them off. It's a small splurge in the scheme of all the equipment and materials we use.

Its base is a little bit small for how top-heavy it can get, so you do have to mind it while you're moving around spraying an object from different angles to keep it from tipping over (small annoyance). And, the gasket slips/unwinds where the hose attached to the tank. It just needs some maintenance tightening by hand once in a while and is probably due to the tank being pressurized; maybe let the pressure out between jobs to reduce the frequency of that happening (small inconvenience when it leaks water in the car).
