Cleansol BC is a brushless application that allows cleaning professionals to maximize their profitability while obtaining an exceptional clean. Cleansol BC is ideal for removing tough oxidation staining from industrial, governmental, educational, and residential buildings safely and effectively. Cleansol BC can be used in conjunction with HD Britenol for a two-step house wash that will outperform ANY other house wash system on the market today.
Do not use or put Cleansol BC on unpainted metal surfaces.

- Coverage varies from 100-250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface porosity, texture, ambient temperature, craftsmanship, and severity of staining.
Dilutions
First, dilute Cleansol BC 4 parts water to 1 part Cleansol BC to make ready to use then follow the dilution ranges listed below.
- 10 parts water to 1 part Cleansol BC for difficult cleaning
- 20 parts water to 1 part Cleansol BC for light soil
- Undiluted for gutters and down spouts
Pre-Testing
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Pre-testing will determine suitability and effectiveness on each type of surface and stain designated to be cleaned. Pre-testing will also determine dwell times and number of applications required to achieve desired results. Pre-testing will show any potential or adverse reactions to adjacent surfaces. Allow test areas to thoroughly dry before evaluating final appearance and results
