A powerful stain lifter for masonry and concrete, Hot Stain Remover is a high pH alkaline cleaning product that will remove both food and petroleum oil staining and remove heavy carbon deposits and oil from concrete and masonry.

Dilutions

Use Hot Stain Remover undiluted for extremely difficult stains up to 10 part water to 1 part solution less difficult applications

Pre-Testing

Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Pre-testing will determine suitability and effectiveness on each type of surface and stain designated to be cleaned. Pre-testing will also determine dwell times any potential or adverse reactions to adjacent surfaces. Great care must be taken when applying this product because of its highly active penetrating nature. Allow test areas to thoroughly dry before evaluating final appearance and results.
