Deluxe Carbide Grout Saw

My buddy was trying to sell his house and his realtor complained about his kitchen tile. So he paid some guy to regrout it and the guy used a grinder and also broke some tiles. Then he had to retile the whole thing and the guy screwed the grout up. So the day before open house we used one of those tools to scrape all the grout and redo it.
