Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • I can't get it to pressurize. No instructions came with it but I feel there's something I don't know about it. Seems simple enough: fill, screw on top, pump to pressurize, press thumb button to spray. What am I doing wrong?

It is possible that the sprayer is defective but we always recommend to make sure to check a couple of things. 1. That the hand pump top is screwed on correctly as it can easily be cross-threaded and not sealed properly. 2. Make sure that you leave some space at the top when filling the sprayer. If it is filled to the absolute top, there will be no room to pressurize and it will damage the entire sprayer if you try to pump with the sprayer filled to the very top. 3. If you are still having trouble, please email us and we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. sales@atlaspreservation.com

  • How can you open this sprayer? I've tried e erything!

The hand pump sprayers can sometimes be tricky to open. First, make sure that there is no pressure in the sprayer. There is a dial on the side of the top that you can trigger to release any pressure. The entire black top + handle should unscrew in one piece. Please reach out to us directly if you still cannot get it open, it's possible that it is cross threaded.
