The IK FOOD 1.5 is a food sprayer specially manufactured with materials fully compatible for contact with all types of food. Food certification according to European CE and American FDA regulations.
It is the best spraying alternative in the food sector. With the IK Food 1.5 you can spray all types of liquid food such as oil, milk, melted butter, vinegar, water, brine, syrup, etc..
Use the fan nozzle for oils and more viscous substances.
All the materials used to manufacture the IK FOOD 1.5 are compatible for food contact. Its manufacture and assembly are subject to strict compliance with hygiene and cleaning standards, as well as certification under sanitary registration, certification pursuant to Regulations (EC) 1935/2004, (EC) 2023/2006, (EC) 10/2011 and FDA.
The IK FOOD 1.5 guarantees that the plastic particles and heavy metals in the sprayer will not transfer to the food to be sprayed.
It has a wide filling mouth, ergonomic design, safety valve set at 2.5 bar (depressurizable), two spray nozzles (adjustable cone and fan). Its translucent tank allows to check the level of the liquid inside.

Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Depressurize the sprayer and clean it with water after every use.
- Check the correct operation of the safety valve by triggering the mechanism every now and then and making sure that it releases pressure smoothly.
- Collect and dispose of the residual amount according to the legislation, prescriptions, and applicable regulations.
- In the event of obstruction of the nozzle, clean it with water and do not use metallic objects.
- Clean the tank regularly after each use. Rinse with clean water and, if necessary, use specific detergents to remove stubborn residues.
- Safety: Removing chemical residues prevents possible unwanted reactions and protects the health of spray operators.
- If the filter of the handle is clogged, remove it and clean it with water.
- Store the sprayer under cover, avoiding freezing temperatures and extreme heat (between 5°C and 30°C).
- To prolong the life of the seals, regularly apply grease to the moving parts of the sprayer.
