Cleans Rust & Hard Water Deposits

Lime OUT® Heavy-Duty Rust, Lime & Calcium Stain Remover easily dissolves the toughest hard water and rust stains. Made by the makers of Iron OUT®, the heavy-duty rust removal experts, this product is specially formulated to dissolve tough lime, calcium and rust stains caused by hard water. An effective hard water stain and limescale remover, its thick, fast acting, concentrated formula is great for use on vertical surfaces as it clings longer for maximum cleaning power. An excellent option for cleaning hard water deposits, Lime OUT is septic safe and also safe for a variety of both indoor and outdoor applications.

Effective Lime Cleaner

Our heavy-duty, concentrated formula quickly dissolves tough hard water and rust stains as it clings to surfaces for maximum cleaning power. This calcium, rust and lime cleaner effectively removes hard water deposits and stains from a variety of surfaces. Lime OUT is great for use on tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, faucets, appliances and exterior surfaces.

How Often to Use: Use Lime OUT as needed to remove rust, lime and calcium stains and buildup.

Non-Compatible Surfaces/Materials:

Lime OUT is not recommended for use on:

  • Ceramic tile
  • Colored grout
  • Glass
  • Natural marble
  • Older, worn or chipped porcelain fixtures
  • Plastic laminates
  • Stone
  • Terrazzo

Read entire label before using. Ambient water may be used for dilution and rinsing.

To Open Child Resistant Cap

Wearing rubber gloves, place bottle on a horizontal surface and hold securely. Do not squeeze while opening. Use small coin, pen point or fingernail and apply pressure to rear most ridge of the flip top, then lift flip top from front to full upright position.

Toilet Bowl

Squirt generously on stains and let soak. Brush and flush clean. Rinse brush. Repeat if needed.

Tubs, Sinks, Tiles, Showers, Faucets, Cookware, Kettles, Humidifiers, Boats, Exterior Surfaces

Mix with an equal amount of water. Use full strength on tough stains. Apply with damp sponge or cloth. Rinse promptly and thoroughly. Foaming may occur as limescale is dissolving.

Dishwasher/Washing Machines

Apply to interior of machine with sponge or cloth. Run empty machine through a rinse cycle. Repeat for heavily stained machines.

Note: Depending on the quality of material, this product may etch or discolor some stainless steel, chrome, brass, or aluminum fixtures. Do not use on natural marble, stone, terrazzo, plastic laminates or colored grout. This product is not recommended for older, worn or chipped porcelain fixtures, glass or ceramic tile. Test a hidden area before using and/or use half strength to avoid potential damage. As with most cleaners, allow only enough contact time as necessary to do the job. Rinse promptly and thoroughly when done.
