Monument Setting Compound

Industry standard monument setting compound for creating seal between headstone and base. Miles Supply’s Set-Rite, is a premier setting compound. Always fresh and ready to use!

Tips & Tricks: Hardening can be prevented by keeping covered with water and tightly sealed. Keep out of reach from children, wash hands thoroughly after use. Keep container sealed and away from direct sunlight & store at room temp!

Pratley Standard Setting Putty

Great for repairing gravestones - fill cracks, small voids and use in conjunction with Monument Setting Compound to reset monuments.

Questions & Answers

Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • Can this be used to fill cracks in a white marble headstone. Will it be waterproof when set.

These products are waterproof, but we recommend using a different product to fill cracks in a white marble headstone. The Milliput Superfine White will work well for this application.

  • How do I know when I should use Pratley setting putty versus using the Monument Setting Compound? I am working on some 100+ year old family graves. I want to stabilize them for another century or more.

We recommend using Pratley on contact points between the two pieces in the middle and Monument Setting Compound between the two pieces all around the outer edges. The compound will squeeze out a bit when you seed the stone into place, and you can trim the excess with a tuck pointer or another tool.
